I acknowledge that there can be no use of vulgar, racial or sexist language in either of the personalized calls or letters. If any language we deem vulgar is requested to be used we will try to use the closest possible non-vulgar equivalent. We will get your point across.
I also understand that any recipient of a personalized call may only receive the service once per year. All records will be compared to verify that no duplicate services are rendered. If duplicates are detected refunds will be made accordingly.
If a call is made and there is no answer, we will attempt to complete the call two more times for a total of 3 attempts, if a live person is not reached by the 3rd attempt we will leave a voicemail/message. In addition to the voicemail/message, if you supplied a mailing address we will mail a personalized letter, if no address was supplied no letter will be mailed and we will consider the transaction complete. If we do reach a live person and we are disconnected from no fault of our own we will also consider the transaction completed.
All calls and letters will be either called or mailed within 1-2 business days
